'The staff was very friendly and it was nice to have a bar and live music in the hotel. The location is exceptional, we walked EVERYWHERE! My only issue was no refrigerator in the room. The room and bathroom were great and very clean.'

'Check in time was 16:00, I had booked 2 rooms, one was available at 16:30 and then we had to push them to give us the other room at 17:30. The reception staff didn’t seem interested and housekeeping were very disorganised! The rooms were very basic with no water, tea and coffee facilities in there and I had booked superior rooms! They did not feel very superior.
The valet staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant bar was good and reasonably priced. '

'The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about.
The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay.
But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. '

'Friendly and helpful staff.
Location right next to a loud bar, so keep in mind to bring earplugs. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Property apperantly was "renovated", but seemed still under renovation. You could almost taste the paint in the room. Perhaps it would've been better to accept to have one night without guests after painting during renovations instead of trying to fill up the motel anyhow. '
