'Great lake views'

'Friendly personel. Nearby shops sightseeings. '

'Great room with a beautiful view over the river. Bed’s were very comfortable. The rooftop bar is by far the best in chicago with an amazing view. A must stop. Location is perfect to walk everywhere in the downtown area. Will definitely come back, my new fav stay in the city'

'Location is perfect and pool is a real added value!!!'

'Hotel netjes, vriendelijk personeel, grote kamers. Helaas is slaapbank kleine 120/130cm.

'Nice location and near public transport. '

'This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. However, it’s a large hotel, and that comes with some downsides. There was a long...

'The swimming pool is ideal for families with small children. If you wish to actually swim laps, find another hotel. The pool here is too small for fitness swimming.'

'Great place, can only but recommend! May seem pricy but totally worth it and the location is great! The staff is kind and very helpful!'

'Perfecte ligging'

'My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for the Hot Chocolate Run. We had high hopes. Check-in wasn’t bad. The staff was efficient. The elevator was fine. Just looking at the room it seemed okay until we tried settling down. The bathroom was horrible! It wasn’t clean. We didn’t shower for our stay because of the visible mold in the shower. I took pictures so I could have proof of the horror. There was hair in the shower and on the shower door. The place needs an upgrade because of the rust on the...
