'Overall was a decent stay. Check-in process was mostly the only negative. Took about an hour to check-in. Asked if it is possible to get compensated on the parking to which the service agent had no interest in entertaining. Was disappointed on their intent to provide good customer service. Other than that, the hotel was decent and in a good location. A little bit rough around the edges within the room. Would only stay here if being close to the airport or sports stadium, otherwise not worth it.'

'This was a fairly decent hotel - comfortable enough, with various amenities. The breakfast in the morning was actually pretty nice, not "far and away" better than most such hotels but definitely on the upper end of the range you'd expect -- cereal and yogurt and fruit was fresh, the juice was good, the belgian waffle machine worked. The rooms themselves were clean and quiet, with a couple of relatively minor repair issues (the shower door almost closed but remained a crack ajar, that sort of...

'The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, maybe overly so. The breakfast was fine. I would call it "fancy food." Not my kind of thing. There climate control in the room was good, but the bathroom was difficult to control as it was on the top floor with no fan that worked. The bed were firm and the pillows good. It might be good to note the rooms location on the booking. I may not have booked a 3rd floor room for my elderly mother.'
