'Our stay at the hotel was overall normal, but there were some issues with the airport transportation and luggage assistance. The person who picked us up at the airport had a poor attitude and did not help us with the luggage at all. We were traveling with two children and had to handle all the bags ourselves, which made the arrival stressful and uncomfortable. 'The beds and cushions are by far the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! The service was spectacular; my son forgot his toothbrush and the front desk provided one complimentary! I love the in-room coffee maker, which uses rainforest alliance coffee and compostable coffee pods, the bathroom products are very thoughtful, there was an EV charger for my car; everything about this hotel is fantastic!'
