'This property was one of dirtiest hotels we have experienced. We booked two nights with them, but we didn’t stay there because when we arrived we noticed how unkempt the outside was kept, trashy and landscaping needed a lot of work. We then asked to see our room, which needed some serious attention. 'My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol'

'We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!'

'Other than the very comfortable beds, the best thing about our stay here is the location. It's an easy 10 minutes walk to the wharf, market space, USNA, state capital, etc. The rooms were very clean and the valet staff was super fast.'

'Breakfast has different items to choose from. Unfortunately the eggs, sausage and other items on that selection bar are not hot. They are warm. They sit under an open lid that lets the heat out. I wish there was a microwave to heat the food.'

'Overall this is a great hotel. Super clean and the perfect location. However, the noise level in our room was intolerable. Do NIT stay in rom 203, if offered refuse it! The music from the restaurant directly below it starts around 5pm and didn’t stop until 10:40. The bass (thumping) was far from relaxing. I complained and was offered to change to a different room across the street. By then we were exhausted from being out in the 100 degree heat all day, we didn’t feel it was worth the effort....

'This is crack central. Dangerous for alone travelers. I was afraid in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague. When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. Of course they were unable to reach them. That tells me they know how bad it is. Pass this place up.'
