'Pool was green I want my money back'

'This was not as the photos and reviews stated. Not in a good area of town. Did not feel safe staying here. Red flag when there is multiple deadbolts on the door. We walked in and walked right back out and got a hotel for the night. Very disappointed. '

'The home is divided into two or three units. There were other renters in another unit, teenagers. They were talking loud the whole night. We couldn’t sleep. We left two days early. I Didn’t get a reimbursement for the unused portion on the rental. I do not recommend it.'

'Great spot , everything you might need on a very cozy place'

'First VRBO guests...they have done an outstanding job with this stay! THE HOST HAD WONDERFUL COMMUNICATION SKILLS and is very attentive!I knew there was something special about it when I saw it and I had to book it!The staging of the unit- perfectly executed, photos are wonderfully done bright and true, they were what drew me in! The price was extremely reasonable, not only for the unit itself and the amenities (which they have gone above and beyond with); its the little things that can mean...

'We had to change rooms three times. First room was for one person, second room had a leaking ac unit which leaked over our clothes, luggage, and shoes. Rugs were damp and dirty. Barest minimum kitchen utensils which preventing cooking. Lights would come on during the night for no reason. This was by far the worst stay ever. '

'The room was very small and dingy . Not handicapped accessible at all . The smell from the restaurant exhaust was right outside our room . We had a problem with the toilet and we called , but nobody came. We had to fix it ourselves. The beach was closed and they didn’t let us know . The pictures are very deceiving. I understand they don’t own the restaurant but we were served dirty glasses . I will say the view from the balcony is wonderful! The area was very nice . We didn’t stay the last night...

'We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful (especially when we couldn't find the kayak paddles, lol). We took advantage of almost all the amenities, bike rides in the morning, kayaked out to St. Lucie Inlet Preserve Park (had the beach to ourselves), pool to cool off, even turned on the gas fireplace for all of 15 mins before it made the room too warm. Did not see the downstairs tenant at all and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would definitely stay again...
