'This was such an amazing property. A delightful walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shops of downtown Dunedin. Yet a quiet neighborhood to come home to. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. Lovely touch to have coffee, tea and creamer available. Our host was readily available if we needed anything...but the cottage had everything we needed. Our first trip to Dunedin was wonderful and hope to return again. '

'Weeds were growing up at entrance.The kitchen utensils were lackingWhen I stripped the sheets to leave I was discussed at the condition of the mattress, it was nasty with stains. I felt sick thinking I had slept on it. Furniture is not at all like the picture.Nice little cottage just needs some attention and new mattress. '

'This house was perfect. The location was amazing. Right above the yummy donut and taco shop and a short walk to the beach and other shops.The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was fabulous. '

'I'd give the property a 10, would give VBRO a 2; my host was totally non-responsive. For example, on the dy I checked out, i asked about beach furniture I found in bag storage after check out, and only then did he bother to state I could use it. I had asked way before getting there if there was beach stuff, and got no answer. Never did figure out how to use Vbro access to TV; lucky I could bypass and take a look. And as I was leaving, with still a few minutes left before my chdck-out, cleaning...
