'Comfortable bed. Dirty towel and broken cabinet door left some to be desired I. The room. I had to ask for the upper floor that I had reserved in my online reservation. The front desk staff seemed overworked and unsettled, not able to attend to guests adequately- I felt like a bother. Staffing issues it was suggested. '
