'The Sanctuary was spectacular. The property is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-built for a truly luxurious stay. The staff was highly attentive, the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and every detail of the design felt thoughtful and intentional, elevating the entire experience. The food was exceptional, and the pools were wonderful. I would highly recommend the all-inclusive package, and we will definitely be coming back. Oh, and Lynn was exceptional. Helped so much!'

'ive been coming here for many many years and you cant beat the location and price. We love the small size of the resort and it has everything you need. The last 3 times we came we had to switch rooms due to mildew smell and visible mold in some rooms on the walls and ceiling. This past trip we tried to get switch due to the mildew smell and had to wait til the next day. it was almost impossible to sleep. If you get lucky with a more updated room without the mildew smell its great. if not it can...

'Nice property but for the same price, I’d prefer to visit other properties instead. I felt that amenities and food options were limited. I know the property is growing; however dinner and breakfast options were very limited and overpriced for the quality and quantity.'

Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent.
