Room cleanliness was so so, there was chunks of hair on the floor by the bathroom as if no sweeping took place, as well as in the shower. 'The property was beautiful! Our room was great and spacious and had everything we needed. We used the spa, the spa pool and the restaurant and loved all three! The only critique was the music at the main pool was soooo loud. It was audible from our room, which was one of the further away rooms, and made going around the area unenjoyable for me. '
