'Very convenient and safe location. It’s 5 extra minutes of walk than some other hotels. But in exchange you get to stay in quiet place with family size room including washer/dryer in your room. Beds are super comfortable and staff is very helpful.'

'We were a family of 4 with 2 teens and booked standard room but they gave us the premium japanese family room which was VERY spacious! Thank you. The rooms fits 6 generously and is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable! Super convenient location - steps to Tawaramachi exit on Ginza Line, 7/11, many restauranta, Don Quijote, Sensoji Temple. Asakusa is not as busy as Shinjuku and Shibuya but has all the shops and amenities. '

'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

'My family of 4 had a great stay. The staff were helpful and courteous, and I liked the practical and nice design of the rooms. Plenty of places to hang things, and the perfect space for us during our stay in Tokyo. The Hatchobori area is quiet but an easy walk or subway ride to tourist and shopping areas.'

'The property is clean and the staff are attentive. We could not figure out why there is a sewage kind of smell from the bathroom. Everything in the room was so clean and neat. Size of the room is perfect. We fitted 3 big luggages and all the shopping items and still had lots of space. We did have to walk for approx 10 mins to metro. We could not sleep the first night there because of jet lag. We walked for one minute and reached a few convenience stores.'

'Quiet area, ideal for family with children. Walking distance to Ueno station. Lawsons and 7-Eleven and few restaurants nearby. Room and facilities were great and staff were excellent and very welcoming. Great base to explore Tokyo. Loved our stay. Thank you very much.'

'This place is convenient in Senso-Ji area. There's even a 24hr big store around for the travelers to shop anytime. The room's quality is really good. I like the laundry machine in the room. This place has everything you need. The sofa bed is really not bad. The staffs are super nice, and can speak decent English to help customers. Especially this hotel can help customers fill up forms to transfer luggages. Will come back again. Please be aware that you need to turn on the boiler (click a button)...

'We had a great stay in Minn Kapabashi. The location is good and the room was very comfortable. The combination of regular beds and tatamis is very nice. Everything was working, but what should be improved is (as there is an indication stove) to get induction capable pots. The regular ones did not sounds good on the induction stove.'

'I did not expect such spacious and convenient accommodation in Tokyo. For a family of 4, this was a perfect place. Had all the amenities we would need including a washer dryer combo which was handy since our trip was long enough that we needed to do laundry as we packed light. If I had known more about Monday apart, I would have booked that wherever it was available in Japan. '

"Truly fenomenal hotel! Amazing breakfast with good hours (seating until 10:00, to finish before 10:30). The shuttle service to Disney was great! The inhouse grocery market super practical. The room super clean, spacious and well equiped. The personnel super friendly! The inhouse luggage forwarding service fantastic! And the price super reasonable! I am sorry i didnt book more nights here for my family… I warmly recommend this place!!!"

"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "
