'All the staff were super fast, friendly, and efficient. They resolved any problems quickly, which made our stay even better. We would definitely come back! They also upgraded our hotel room, which was such a nice surprise. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️'

'Nice little casino. Staff at the reception not very friendly. Voucher for breakfast doesn't include drinks. Strange because drinks are free in the casino... '

'Tijdens onze roadtrip in Amerika was dit onze ergste verblijfplaats. De eerste nacht hadden we een kamer gekregen op de gang waar een school verbleef. Heel veel lawaai en om 1 uur snachts ging het brandalarm af als grap van die groep. De tweede nacht was de school weg maar hoorden we de buren al om 6h 's ochtends muziek spelen. 'Loved this propery. Great location. Clean room. Bed was so comfy. Girl at front desk was so kind but there was a man at desk when we checked in. Not friendly even on day we left weekend of 9/20. Very strange. But overall great experience!'

'John was super helpful. The space is amazing!'

'Beds were wore out. Charge a resort fee, which is supposed to include water bottles in your room. Doesn't work when they don't clean your room and replace the small two drinks of water in their water bottles. Better food at other casinos in town.'

'This property is unique and historic, in a beautiful area. The room was great, although no TV. The roads are in quite bad shape and the parking is tough sometimes as it is all street parking and not guaranteed. Otherwise, the dining hall has great food and there are lots of activities like hikes you can join.'

'Mooi hotel, zeer goed ontbijt.'

'My spouse and I stayed 3 nights in mid-Sept in the lodge which is at the top and back of the property. The driveway up to the top is direly in need of repair. In selecting this property I failed to read reviews; only looked at stars, price and location. So I was a little surprised to discover that the mission of the establishment is to help people disconnect from electronics and a fast pace of life. The name Dao House should have given me a clue. The lodge/room is clean, beds comfy, bath...
