'Very charming little oasis! In the country. Lovely grounds. Goats snd mini-donkeys. Comfortable and met my needs perfectly. This is a second floor detached apartment- love the sloping ceilings. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Clean. You get what you pay for. Great location. Affordable. Definitely an old building. But that’s described. Would stay again. Great communication and checkin.'

'The location was very good. The king size bed was very comfortable, and it is quiet at night. I was disappointed that several key amenities were missing- pool towels weren't provided, no spatulas in the kitchen for eggs, no mirror other than in the bathroom which has no fan. It is older building. Several streaming sites were in Spanish and I was unable to switch to English. The host and service fees are a bit high, so I would compare. All in all, we had a nice stay. I would stay here again. '

'The property was great and located conveniently to the areas we were visiting. Also close by were many food and coffee options we appreciated. I would not think twice choosing this property to stay again.'

'Wonderful studio, very updated furnishings and comfortable bed. Nice hot tub. Great location for UT baseball and lots of restaurants, all walking distance. Communication with the management team was excellent. Definitely will stay here again.'

'It was a great stay for a couple days of training at UT. Please put the apartment number in the check in instructions '

'It was small and cozy. Although we never got extra towels after we asked. It had all the amenities that were posted. Host was responsive.'

'Perfect location for events at the Moody Center. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the venue, which allowed us to completely skip the post-show rideshare surge and expensive UT campus parking.'

'Was a great location close to loads of fun things to do in Austin. Would totally stay again. Host had great communication and was super nice. '
