'Never received the access codes via email or text message had to call when I arrived. Heaters didn’t work the entire time we were there. I notified them and never got a response. Wasn’t completely clean inside. Inside Microwave and Inside of Oven were both dirty. Had to buy sponges and garbage bags to help me clean. I would not stay here again. '

'The room was very clean and comfortable; everything in great order and it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure. 'Our host, Laura York, is everything a good host should be; attentive, accommodating and welcoming in every way. The amenities are comfortable and adequate for any length of stay. We chose to extend our stay, rather than to simply find a different place, after a minor setback in our schedule. It’s very easy to feel at home here, as it’s very pleasant, peaceful and convenient to many necessities. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. '

'Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive...

'Our stay was amazing. Place was very nice clean and well kept. Pictures do not do it justice. Latrice the host is extremely nice easy to work with and very communitive. Within walking distance of a "outdoor mall" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also within 10 to 20 minutes of very popular Dayton attractions.100% with out a doubt would recommend and definitely would stay again.'
