'Oceanfront views, beautiful 2 bedroom suite with a balcony. The room decor and set up was very calm & welcoming. Both bathrooms have dual waterfall shower heads in them. My wife & I brought my daughter & my Mom. Mom said she loved her room & how spacious it was. It was like having 2 master bedrooms. They have 2 hot tubs with a big infinity pool with swim up bar. 2 min. walk to the beach. My wife & I work out regularly. The gym opens up with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf. 'The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was nice, and the amenities met my expectations. Unfortunately, the staff was the biggest disappointment. They were not very welcoming or helpful, and their customer service left a lot to be desired. While I enjoyed the hotel overall, I hope management focuses on improving the guest experience through better staff training. With friendlier service, this would have been an excellent stay.'
