'The staff was not very helpful. Kind of acted like they were doing you a favor when you asked for something. The room service experience was the worst I’ve had in my 30 years of traveling had to get transferred 5 times to get no where with my ordering. Went down stairs and had to put my order in with the front desk staff, then they called us and told us that we had to order via the QR Code. Sorry, but that is totally horrible'
