Super clean apt, in the proximity to all the TCU events (for what we signed up for), 5 mins drive Neighborhood Walmart to cater your cooking needs (or 10 mins to Supercenter), super fast internet, greet communication with the host. 'Checking in was smooth. Registering for parking every 24 hours got extremely tiresome. The trash pick-up was also pretty unreliable.'

My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. 'Home was spotless and there were so many considerate ameneties such as coffee, salt, pepper, oil which was very appreciated. The home was on a great property with great amenities. Location is quiet with everything you need nearby. Downtown was only a short 10 minute drive. '
