'I am a cancer survivor, and ever since chemo, my body has had a hard time regulating its temperature. For that reason, I need it to be quite cold when I sleep, or I'll be away all night. I specifically looked for places that had AC in the rooms, and this listing mentioned having one in the upstairs bedroom.
