There were also no hand towels and one facecloth in bathroom, annd no dish towels or sponges. Also, could hear other tenants, not well soundproofed. This rental could be a 5 with a few touches and...

'The house was great for location, cleanliness, and overall needs inside. However the stair situation was very poor accessibility, had to climb up and down a very steep and snowy fire escape to access the parking spot, and the front stairs were also very steep and snowy. '

'I had reserved this place for my parents for its practicality, thinking it would just be a comfortable place for them to sleep and shower while they spent most of their time out and about during the day. However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs. This wouldn't normally be an issue in and of itself, but it would have been good to know. Inside, the bed is also quite small and the temperature is difficult to control....
