'We had a great stay. The rooms are dated but the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. We arrived before check in and they were able to get us in a room early. Great front desk staff. '

'You get what you pay for. That’s pretty much how I would sum up the stay at this hotel. It was definitely very affordable, and it showed in the amenities. The pool was the highlight for our kids. The room was decent size and the beds were fairly comfortable but the pillows were atrocious. So thin and not supportive at all. Our toilet overflowed and the front desk just said they would move us to another room, rather than sending someone to plunge it. We offered to plunge it ourselves because of...

'The outsiide of the hotel and property looks a bit outdated. The room itself was unexpectedly fabulous by comparison. Full kitchen, beautiful cupboards, dishwasher, full fridge, super clean, huge soft king bed and pillows that I now want to buy. I slept better than I have in months. The front desk clerk was friendly and I saw him running around working in various locations. We stayed two days for a volleyball tournament anx it was very affordable, especially considering it was GVSU graduation...

'Sitting somewhat away from the main street it is quiet with an absence of road noise. It is an older motel with some shabbiness in the hall carpeting and room chairs, but the room itself was clean. The breakfast offering was above average, fresh fruit; the eggs, sausage, and sausage gravy were well prepared and warm, several kinds of juice and blends of coffee. The pool looked inviting but was closed.'
