'Booked a non smoking room. Got to the hotel checked in. The front desk put me in a room with no A/C working in Phoenix. Then after that went back down to ask for a different room. And he put me in a smoking room. That smelled horrific. Went back down stairs and asked for a different room. 'Since this a new Hotel it was clean I did notice a black stain on the sheets but other than that they were clean. Staff were nice my keys kept getting locked even thought I reserved for 2 days. We had a family event and 5 of us rented a room a requested a group discount and I was denied because I should had done it before reservation but my party had just showed up so I was a lil upset about that. And to top it off pool wasn’t even ready to be used until a week after my departure'

'Hotel is outdated, looks old and had musty smell in rooms (booked 2 rooms). Went to breakfast the first morning we stayed there only to find out only items available were cold cereal, yogurt and old toast! Website stated "hot" breakfast buffet! The only thing hot was the coffee and tasted like it had been sitting there for days. 'everything was nice the only thing i could say is that the bed/matress could`ve been a bit more comfortable considering my booking was for a superior room with kingsize bed but thats all really, the room was quite spacious they had some free things as well which was quite nice staff was really nice to me had no problems what so ever '
