'Stayed 2 nights for baseball spring training games. Parking was free and convenient. Property was very clean and fresh! Staff were accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Would absolutely recommend! '

'Customer Service is average, carry your own towel, body lotion, body wash before you go this hotel and carry food as well. There is a no vending machine. Just only coffee machine there breakfast not available. Room empty then furniture.'

'All the motels in Phoenix were running $500 plus a night and they were getting booked up fast. I finally found the Red Roof Inn Plus that had decent reviews and wasn't going to break the bank. I booked a King room. A day later, I found out my granddaughter was coming with us. I messaged the motel and asked if i could get a double bed room or a rollaway bed. They accommodated me immediately with a double bed. After we got to the motel, we found out the next morning that the shower head was...

'The pet area was just some left over pieces of fake grass soaked in urine and smelled terrible with the heat. Also my room was missing the entire bed comforter and it was super cold. '
