'The staff that works in the resort from the Restaurant to the Pool ,to the Cleaning staff are exceptional. From the checking to the checkout, we got treated wonderfully. The food at the restaurant was great. We highly recommend this Resort'

'The construction we didn’t know about before booking. There was no parking or rides to the river ranch to avoid the parking issue and no closer pool to go to instead or even just relax in near the rooms which would be nice after 8pm until 10 at least. We came just for swimming so it was a real bummer. I didn’t see 7 pools at the river ranch either so I wondered where the others were but I was told that was the only place to swim.'
