'All of staff that I encountered were excellent!!!! The only thing that needs attention is the replenishment of food for breakfast. Many people stood around waiting for awhile for more food to come out. Some people simply left. At one point the elevators weren’t working so we had to use the stairs a few times. However those things wouldn’t stop me from rebooking at this property.'

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'
