Vind je ideale hotel in West Side

'The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cottage we were upgraded to was clean and very cute. However, I’m not giving a five star reading because the comfort of the bed and furniture is a thumbs down. The bed was super hard. The sheets were not soft. The couch did not have enough cushion and hurt our bottoms and same for the chairs in the living room. 'Zalige rustige locatie met ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel, zeker in het restaurant. We zaten in gebouw 4 aan de buitenkant en hadden steeds zicht op een vogelkolonie en de oceaan. Het eten is er ook zeer erg lekker en vers. Een echte aanrader!'

'Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal.'

My first night there all the kitchens were closed which around 6pm, so I had to order take out. Then another night I tried to order room service and it wasn’t available when it was still early the afternoon. Despite those hiccups it was a peaceful stay.'

Negatives were 1 towl in bathroom when arrived, Worst Bed Ever in over 3000 hotels I finally complained the 3rd day when my back was going out and they replaced the mattress, extra charges galore. AIf this place was remodeled and cleaned up a few issues it I would recommend it but too many issues.'
