'The bedroom was small and no breakfast or anywhere to get a drink. Plus not pet friendly, Instead of refunding our money they excepted my dogs which was totally impractical.'

'Had a lovely weekend at the Oak Tree Rooms, our room was very clean and had everything we needed, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Paulina and Bruno were very accommodating and let drop off my bag before check in and leave it there after check out. The garden was lovely to hang out in after a long day of hiking. Would happily recommend this to anyone - especially if traveling by train as it’s very close to the station.'

'Martin and Elizabeth were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming to my children and I. Breakfast was excellent and the family room was a good size and with all the amenities you’d expect. Location so good, only a 3-4 minute walk to Hythe Pier and pier train and there are a good selection of shops, cafes etc also.'

The room was lovely, ours was newly decorated with a beach theme and consisted of a double room, leading onto a room with a double bed and further onto a bathroom with shower. The continental component of the breakfast had a great variety, and there was an amazing cooked...
