'i and my husband stay at beautiful house on the Norman Lake. it was clean and upscaled suite with super comfortable king adjustable bed. we spend a.lot of time on luxury dock, kayaking, fishing, swimming and relaxing. the lake access and view was amazing. strongly recommend.'

Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away. Only drawback is people cleaning sidealks weekly with pressure washer very early inbthe morning. Overall would recommend.'

'Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. 'Positives: Location was GREAT. It’s right by the LYNX blue line light rail and not far from Amtrak station. The property was clean and gave Boho modern chic vibes. The property staff were pleasant and accommodating while in the building during business hours. Good for short stays. Negatives: checking in was HORRIBLE! I’m happy I caught the staff before 5pm because I struggled to complete the pre-check in and the check in on the lobby Kiosk. You’ll be chatting with a bot if you need assistance...
