'It is always a pleasure to stay whenever I book a room. I actually went to go DMZ it outside for the first time underneath gazebo outside which was relaxing and l find my stay to always be comfortable. One thing l only had trouble with was turning on shower head when l couldn’t find the switch for it but after 30-45 minutes later l figured it out. '

'Gentleman who checked me in was excellent. I reserved connected rooms for my brother and I and it was a very pleasant and professional service. Extremely helpful and the facility is excellent. '

'Everything about this hotel was amazing, the rooms were cleaned top to bottom. The beds were so comfortable and cozy I didn't want to get up. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I will definitely use them again. Check in service the lady was amazing and professional and facial expression was inviting. It was very late when we checked in and she still had a smile on her face. The kids loved the pool. I will be back. '

'The vinyl couch had some dirt that could have been wiped in between guests. Chair cushion seams coming undone. Bathroom could have been fresher looking and less “used” looking. Ceiling had drop tiles that looked dated and not “fresh”. Heavy caulking with spots in it. Shower curtain had mildew discoloration at the bottom and I’m always a stickler for seeing hairs upon arrival. I can’t be the only one who dislikes loose hairs in a hotel room (or anywhere for that matter). It was not dirty, it just...

'The stay was amazing. Very nice staff. But the room and everywhere we went was so clean. I think that was the most comfortable thing about our stay. We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary. I must say we will definitely be back. The area around the hotel was great as well. Plenty of shops and things to do. To where you really didn’t have to drive. Only thing I have to say I wish they had was some bacon on the breakfast menu and more toppings for waffles would have been better. But still...
