'It’s a mature building but clean inside. Samsung, LG and Kenmore Appliances, not you no make Walmart crap. The folks at the Desk at check-in were polite, helpful and professional. I’ve been spending one or two nights a year in Reno for the last seven years and this has been my most pleasant day. There are some real dumps in this town. The neighborhood is improving. The Park is GREAT and a 3 minute walk.'

'We had a great time. We enjoyed the amenities, and staff was very friendly. And the room was very spacious. The only downside was the oven didn’t work properly it ruined our dinner , and I didn’t know where the thermostat was in the room. But had I brought it to the attention of staff before checking out I’m sure they would have done something about it'
