'The room was spacious and bright, with a large window that brought in plenty of natural light. The carpet, bedding, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and provided fast service. However, the common areas were noticeably outdated and poorly maintained. 'The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. Long breakfast queues depending on the time and season you book.'

'My biggest complaint here was the pillows. They are extremely thick, to the point I couldn't use them. I had to fold up the extra blanket in the closet and use that. They also said they didnt have any different ones, however they were apologetic. Hotel layout is a bit confusing, but fine once you get used to it. Pool is awkward. Our room didn't look out over it, it actually looked directly at the balcony of someone else's room who looked over it, which is a strange choice. The pool also...

'The staff was helpful and cooperative and eager to serve. I rated 4 for helpful because I needed information for a medical walk in clinic as I needed meds which I unfortunately left at home. The information was not readily available nor a machine to check blood pressure. Otherwise the service was good.'

'Great place to stay, huge suite and clean bathroom. Downside is the carpet needs cleaning. Restaurant has a good atmosphere and breakfast was good.'
