'Everything was really great. Except the only issue my wife and I had was, we reserved a room for a queen size bed and instead received a full size bed. It wasn’t a big deal. But after the stay we realized the queen would’ve been a better way. However, I never brought this matter to the front desks attention. So it was my fault for not communicating it to them. But otherwise, everything was great. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Thanks Yankee Inn'

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'Here’s what we liked: If we were just reviewing BERKSHIRES UNTOLD based on the staff, we’d be giving it a 5. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and gracious. When we asked for extra towels and requested a room change, they accommodated those requests immediately. After we switched rooms they checked to see if we were happier. This is exactly the kind of service you want in a hotel or inn. Other good things - The bed was comfortable and there was enough counter space in the bathroom...

'My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

'It is set off the road in the woods. Beautiful grounds with places to sit outside and relax. The rooms are big , clean, have full kitchens, and comfy beds. The magic coffee machine in the lobby makes great coffee for free and is always open to use. The pool is large and great and the outdoor hot tub was great too. The folks at the desk are fantastic! Not one thing to not like!'
