'Very cute cabin! First of all, the cabin is VERY clean! Bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Kitchen is very efficient. All 3 outdoor areas have great views and lots of seating! 'Nellie’s log cabin is a real gem! Nestled in the woods on a working farm, this cabin is surrounded by beautiful hardwoods and faces a picturesque pond. It is peaceful and quiet and there is no traffic noise- only the sounds of birds, bullfrogs and chirping crickets. It is very close to Hanging Rock State Park. The hostess is extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions or concerns and the cabin upon arrival was absolutely spotless. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!...

'Arrived later in the evening her directions were perfect. She left the lights on knowing we would be in at dark. The house is beautiful and cozy. Setting outside watching the sunset over Pilot Mountain was so serene. Couldnt ask for a better view or host to communicate with !! Highly recommend !!! '
