'This property was so messy, dog hairs are there, property manager and the honour of the building was so rude to me, he don’t know how to talk to customers because I go there on 4th march. I told him to change the bedsheets and there was broken glass under the bed. My two year old son hold that and I had a pictures I show it to property manager. 'Good location for us. But, we were not aware it was a basement suite. Wifi was very weak and tv did not work as expected. We were really only there to sleep and have breakfast but a better description of the property would be helpful for other visitors. '

'The location was convenient with skytrain, the hotel room was dated and it was smelly. The sheets and towels had stains and the carpet was really really dirty. Our socks turned black. We didn’t receive sufficient towels and no complimentary water in the room. '
