'Clean room, sound proof, friendly Staff, good location close to lot of restaurants/shopping/Buccee's/I-20. Hot Breakfast was good. Overall had a great experience.'

'Hilton recently took over this property; it used to be a Red Roof Inn. It's still old but freshened up with new paint and the hotel and the room were clean. There is no elevator so we took the 1st floor and ended up with someone above us stomping all night so that was unfortunate but not the hotels fault. Breakfast is pleasant but limited.'

'Everything was excellent, except for some limit on breakfast selection, and the person who was supposed to be replenishing was not being attentive. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a nice fresh smell to the property. The dining area was really comfortable and pretty. 'Everything was spot on and the breakfast was good. I really have one minor complaint. There were only 2 luggage carts. I had to wait 20 minutes for one. At the time, there was a wedding, I’m assuming. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant. She asked me what floor I’d like. I told her we wanted to be where it was quiet. She said I have just the room. Sure enough, it was very quiet and must have been away from the wedding party. I can’t say enough about this hotel. It’s our second time...

'The room was kind of dirty. There were a lot of little bugs all over the carpet. The chair on the corner was broken and the tub when we would take a shower. The water was not draining so the tub was getting full. That was kind of disgusting, but the staff was really friendly and helpful.'

'I had an accessible room - four grab bars in the tub and the adjustable hand-held shower head was fabulous! The room was quite large, had lots of lamps and outlets and cell phone plug-ins. 'We will never stay here again. We arrived for a late check in on Friday evening and was NEVER informed before or during check in that the elevator was out. We are 70+ years old and our room was on the 3rd floor. The buffet was subpar at best with only one apple available. This was 8:30 am and the buffet ran until 10.
