'The condo was very close to the beach and provided convenient access to many excursion locations in St. Augustine (via car). The unit was nicely updated and provided great value for the price. AC worked great and washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful. The addition of 1 free ticket per excursion per day via Explorie was a nice add (though a little confusing on how to use at first). 'We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper Cottage. The place was everything and more than we anticipated. The home was immaculate and well furnished with everything we could need. We enjoyed the front porch and the large - perfectly clean windows. Check in and out was smooth and easy. The home is in a perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants and Publix. 'You can't beat the location - right at the foot of the Bridge of Lions, facing the plaza. Great restaurants in the historic district at your doorstep. We stayed over a Saturday night so my only complaint is that it is noisy until the bars close. But it had the feel of an European flat! Very fun. '

'Great location, 5-7min walk to heart of Historic downtown. Comfortable beds , small rooms but perfect for our group of 3. Only AC unit is in living room but even in the middle of summer the house temp was fine especially thanks to the fans in the rooms. Parking spot at residence so that a plus.
