'I did not like the property at all. The pictures that was on the site did not look like where I was at. My key did not work since the day I checked in and in order for me to get into room I had to call which it was no immediate response. 'We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine! The property was comfortable, and its location was excellent. We were able to walk to downtown in just 8 minutes, so we didn't need to use our car during our stay. Communication with Monique was excellent. She was always attentive and responded quickly to our questions.
One detail I would recommend mentioning in the listing is that the property has apartments located upstairs, accessible by stairs. If you have difficulty climbing stairs or limited...

'I enjoyed this property. Pool was beautiful, room was spacious, comfortable & quiet! Only thing is the coffee maker didn’t work so I had to go down the street for coffee UGH! Wished there were a few more pots but I made due with what I had. Enjoyed the patio & the security of the building! Will certainly consider staying again! Thanks!'

'The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. We had what we needed. Communication was good and instructions were clear. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice perk. The only downside is the location. The neighborhood is not the best and a little rundown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but not much more than that.'

'I had to wait 20 minutes at checkin for employee to show. The key did not work. The rekey did not work. Receptionist went with us to program our door lock and could not do so. Thus we never had a workable key. There were no sheets on the bed, no towels or wash cloths, no toilet paper, no TV remote. Each time I went to office, I had to wait 5-15 minutes for receptionist because she was busy supplying others like us. Once I got a remote, the TV did not work. The bath tub had scum in it. The toilet...
