I talked to the employee on shift that night when I went looking for food, and when I told him what happened, he said he applied 30% off the room. 'The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming...
