'Nice and clean house in a quiet location. Pros- clean, safe and quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, linens provided. Grateful to have the two chairs and beach umbrella there. Cons- initially the pool. Upon arrival the pool was filled with algae. I did notify the property manager immediately and was told the pool guy was just there. I had to send pictures and they said he’d be out the next day. I expressed my concern again and he showed up. He did test the water but my husband and daughter had to...

'We really wnjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had all necessary items to stay in and cook meals. We loved the pool and enjoyed all of the floats (one ripped and we replaced it). The kids and I also really enjoyed feeding the squirrels each morning. The house was conveniently located and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!'

'This house has plenty of space and is well supplied. They have a washer and dryer available for use with detergent provided which is super helpful. The pool looked very nice but we didn’t have time to try it. Owners were extremely responsive. A previous guest clogged the tub and they came right out to fix it. The only thing warranting the 4 for cleanliness is the floors were very sticky and the counters were greasy. I’m guessing it’s cleaner residue but was unpleasant. Overall a very good stay.'

'The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again.'

Outdoor Furniture further from the slider is in really poor shape and not really usable, so we only used the one table just at the slider. Needed some more attention to cleaning the pool deck and doing something with the kids stuff for the pool as it was just in a dirty heap at the foot of the stairs outside Overall our month long stay was wonderful and I would recommend this home highly. 'Our group of 4 couples stayed a long weekend at this rental for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was close to venue, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City and neighboring St Pete. Kitchen/common area was large and had plenty of seating to spread out, perfect for our group. Anthony was very thorough in his communications and quick with responses. Would stay here again.'

'The house has a good layout of bedrooms and bathrooms, ground floor has two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, the second floor has two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The bed mattresses are very comfortable. The pictures in the listing have some different furniture than the actual. The front porch is the only area that is screened in but is very small and furniture that’s not that comfortable. So if you’re looking to hang out in the evening it’s tough to do with more than four people....
