'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'Third time staying here. It's a hidden gem in downtown San Antonio. Staff is amazing. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Definitely my new favorite spot to stay in San Antonio. '

'The location is the best part of this property and the only reason to stay here for the price. The staff is very friendly but for what they charge, there are much nicer options not too far away. The rooms we were in were in desperate need of an upgrade, as well as the plumbing. '

'While not on the river walk it is just a block away and there is plenty of urban shopping and plenty of restaurants and nightlife withing a couple of blocks. Valet parking is 51.22 with tax per. Nice little kitchen in my room. Water pressure is excellent in the shower, walk in, with glass door. Bed and pillows were great. Carpet, as usual, is not clean. I would stay here again. Only 1 elevator working.'
