'The Great Aspen Chateau was a great place for a large family gathering. We had 12 adults, a teenager, a 3year old and an infant with plenty of beds and comfortable space for everyone. We drove from 3 states with 5 cars, and it was no problem parking them. Entry to the property was easy and Kelly’s directions to the house were great. 'The property was very nice, and as described. Communication and assistance was quick when needed. It was a quick drive to downtown, the arts district, or waterfall hikes. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.'

We found out that the "keys to your trip" email did not provide the access info to the home and that the owner typically provides that the morning of check-in. We had such a long drive on the day of check-in that we would have preferred the info before the arrival day, and for that reason, I did not give a "5" for...
