'Upon check-in, I discovered human waste in the toilet of my first assigned room, #311. When I reported this, the staff member on duty was visibly rude. After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me. Due to the significant health concerns, I felt unsafe and checked out immediately.'

'Enjoy the free parking. The rooms were clean and accommodating. We used the weight room, which was very nice. Did not use the pool, but others were using it and seemed to enjoy it. The outside area appeared nice and inviting. We played a few games of connected four, but were unable to use the pool table, as it was always occupied. The only concerns, is when we checked in, the girl was very soft spoken and I had to ask her to repeat things a few times. She seemed very robotic and not really...
