'Stayed for two nights and a weekend break for two. Location is excellent but it is on Steep Hill and it’s named that for a reason. We couldn’t drop off outside parked down the hill which was a big mistake. Make sure you park above the place. The room was excellent and was clean and tidy with all the facilities you could want. The cafe is underneath and has great coffee and friendly service and you get 10% discount as a guest. Highly recommended and a great location to explore wonderful Lincoln. '

There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again.'

But the generosity and attention to detail in this hotel was staggering. Honestly I was truly impressed at how the owner went out of his way to make everything perfect.
