For a party of 5, this adds 250 USD to the cost of renting. It should have been included in the price listed, I think there is bad faith in not making this clearer from the begging. 'The garage access and check-out process is complicated. After leaving the garage, you have to return to the apartment to drop off your keycard and keys, so you have to leave your car in a public parking lot (almost impossible), return to the apartment, and then return to your car. This is archaic and not adapted to the realities of Miami. An additional 50 condo fee is charged upon check-in, which is comparable to Valley parking in other buildings.'
