'We had a lovely time at Barcelo Maya Palace! Highlights were the beach and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. The French and Mexican restaurants were our favorites. No issues making reservations but you just have to be willing to work with what’s available. The beach is beautiful and there’s plenty of loungers but it’s just the loungers. No small beach tables to place your belongings or drinks. And, there’s no service on the beach so if you want a drink you have to...

'Hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, many dining option in the buffet and you have option to visit all the hotels in the Barceló complex and the different restaurants is included. All restaurants offers excellent service and food options. I’ll recommend this hotel.'
