'The room was very spacious and clean. Very convenient location with multiple subway line stations nearby. Staff was very helpful. My only complaint is the traditional blind and window was not thick enough. Would prefer black out curtains . I was woken up by the light at 6 every morning. Bring your sleeping eye mask if that’s an issue for you too. '

Loved how quiet it was (very & we stayed in a number of Tokyo hotels- the garden around the property was a quietness buffer that was more effective than being on the 45th floor of other hotels). Beware no restaurant food after 9pm even though they advertise until 9.30pm - staff wants to go home. We went to the sky bar and had to negotiate for a drink - we could have one if we drank ‘quickly’ this at 8.45pm !!

"Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Lossen direct verzoeken of evt klachten zeer snel op. Hotelkamer zeer schoon en goed geïsoleerd waardoor je de airco niet eens aan hoeft te zetten in de nacht in hartje zomer. Enige minpunt was dat de kussens van het bed niet echt comfortabel was.

"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "
"Although the rooms are small they are luxurious and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. Didn't use the Sauna since it is only for men and I didn't want my girlfriend to feel left behind. Wish it was for all genders but that is their policy and I respect that, it's not Europe. If I go back to Tokyo I would stay there again. "
