'Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor. We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way....

'O&O Palmilla is fantastic—amazing service from the staff, beautiful pool by the ocean. We read while waves crashed on the rocks. We loved walking through the magical property to dinner, to the gym and spa, to the beach. Lovely all around. Certainly a destination we would love to return to.'
