'I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him. Spoke/mumbled very fast and was immediately frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself. We went on with our stay, not wanting to let it ruin the hotel experience. 'Hotel was super clean! Beds were made daily, fresh towels, trash emptied. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lots of shopping and dining just minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.'

'We (and others) had to stand at the front desk for several minutes before someone came to check us in. Upon arriving in our room, the front panel of the vanity was missing and leaning against the wall in our closet area. They did have some hot breakfast items which was a plus since I was only expecting a continental breakfast but there was a sign say no breakfast items were allowed in the rooms, where there are tables within the rooms to eat at. 'The property, lobby, and common areas looked newly renovated. The room was very dirty when we entered the room. Long hair was plastered on the wall of the shower. The floor was very dirty. We were happy there was no carpet, but after walking from the shower to the bed, our feet were dirty from the room floor. The pool was disgusting.
