'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace. It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell. We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'It was a great stay! We love it there! The staff everywhere is so nice a helpful. We did a wine tasting with Sonja and learned so much about wine from her! We will always come back here!'

'I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.'

'place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.'
