'There was no big tub like in the picture when I booked the room. The breakfast was pretty lacking too. For 150 I kinda expected more. Plus our room wasn't even ready until 530p'

It had not been touched in probably a year the room was dirty, so I went back down to the lobby. She switched my rooms. I went to room 104 I walked in. It wasn’t as dirty as the other one, but it was still dirty. I ended up going back to the lobby. They basically was like I don’t know what to do. I said give me the Cleaning...

'Traveled with a 10 year old and a 3 year old. Breakfast was good alot of different options! Pool was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and cold when we arrived. Staff was polite and welcoming. Definitely would stay again!'

'We booked because of the pool (traveling with a child) and the pool was ridiculously cold. Could not use the main thing we stayed for. We got over it but our main concern was the noise! About 7-8am they were doing what I can only assume was construction upstairs. Right above our room. I understand having to renovate but doing it that early while people are traveling is crazy. We were woken up with loud banging and furniture moving. It was to the point where we packed up and checked out early....
