'Our air conditioning wasn’t working. We reported it once and no one came so I walked to front desk and asked again. They did send someone up immediately and he told us it was working but you could stand in the room and definitely tell it wasn’t. He did return about 30 min later and held up a thermometer to the vent and said it’s working, but the thermostat was sitting on 65 and the room was 75 degrees.
