'The room was very comfortable. The tea/coffee station in the lobby was great. Everything was very clean.'

'The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. '

'Front desk staff was unfriendly and coffee needs attention if you are hosting a coffee free service make sure it is hot and coffee condiments are stocked regularly.'

'We stay at Home2Suites whenever we travel if possible because we are always very happy with our stay. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work.
